Protective Behaviors:
All Class A volunteers, which includes all volunteers that work with athletes or work is areas with the Mnagement Team are required to take this on-line training every three years. Leadership Conference September September 8 – 9, 2012 Harrisburg Hilton. This conference is offered for the volunteer interested in helping in the management of the local program in areas like events management, fund raising, public relations, athlete recruitment, volunteer recruitment & management and all other program organization. Conference expenses are paid by the local program.

New Coach’s and assistants trainings / Continuing Education for existing coaches are offered in most sports throughout the year. Please indicate your interest in attending one and note the sport(s) you would like to attend. You will be notified as they are scheduled.

Continuing Education for existing coaches Coach’s Certification are good for three years. Existing coaches maintain their certification by attending continuing education opportunities prior to their certification expiring. Some of these courses are available on-line.
